Grill 66 is a restaurant for the whole family. Our menu is filled with a variety of tasty dishes, including juicy hamburgers. We also offer coffee and freshly baked pastries–perfect to take on the go.
Grill 66 is a reference to U. S. Route 66, the famous highway that runs across the United States, from Chicago, Illinois to Santa Monica, California, passing through Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico and Arizona along the way. In keeping with this theme, the dishes on the menu are named for the cities found on Route 66. But regardless of the route number or where it leads, it's always a good idea to stop, stretch and have something delicious to eat.
Grill 66 mini
At selected stations we offer a mini-version of Grill 66, with a simpler menu. There we offer only four of our most popular burgers, El Reno, St. Louis, Memphis and Bernalillo – and fries, of course. Seasonal burgers will also be available there for a limited time, as in other stations.
